Since 1995, Horton Plaza in Medford, Oregon, has combined independent and residential care apartments with all day dining, high-quality activity and fitness programs, transportation, housekeeping services and individualized care. Local founders, Larry and Ann Horton, lived at Horton Plaza for 25 years.
